Our Story

Safe Way Air was built on over 30 years of hands-on HVAC experience. After beginning his career in Los Angeles and later serving homeowners throughout the Coachella Valley, our founder, Juan Aguilar Sr, saw firsthand how often customers were rushed, oversold, or treated like just another stop on the schedule. He believed there was a better way.

After years of working for other companies in the desert, he started Safe Way Air with a simple commitment: do clean work, give honest options, and never recommend anything that isn’t truly needed. In a climate where air conditioning is essential, precision and reliability matter. Every installation, repair, and maintenance visit is approached with care and attention to detail — because doing the job right the first time isn’t optional in the desert heat.

Safe Way Air is more than a business. It’s a family operation built on integrity, long-term relationships, and pride in workmanship. The goal isn’t just to grow a company — it’s to build something that can be passed down and continue serving the community with the same values for years to come.

Juan J Aguilar Jr

Juan brings leadership, operational strategy, and business development experience to Safe Way Air. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from California State University, San Bernardino. Having served in senior management roles overseeing multi-entity operations and organizational systems, he focuses on building structure, accountability, and long-term growth while preserving the company’s commitment to quality workmanship and honest service.

Isaias Aguilar

A former United States Marine, Isaias brings discipline, technical precision, and operational structure to the company. With experience in cybersecurity and networking and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, he supports the company’s technology, infrastructure, and long-term development. He is also certified in Residential HVAC from an accredited program and remains committed to upholding the same service standards that define Safe Way Air.
